Age Requirement

Payment Types Accepted
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Cash. We do not accept personal checks or pre-paid credit cards as payment.
Occupancy
Rates are based on a maximum of double occupancy per room. There is an additional charge for extra persons at the rate of $25.00 per person per night.
Deposit policy
The hotel requires the pre-payment of the first night’s room and tax upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation. Payment is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled within our cancellation period (3 days or before your arrival date)
Cancellation Policy
The reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A one-night (room & tax) deposit is due upon booking. If cancelled or modified within 72 hours of arrival the one-night (room & tax) penalty will apply.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms, halls, or interior areas. Smoking is permitted only on the patio. Guests are fully responsible for any damage from cigarette burns to bedspreads, linens, carpets, and any other damage to the room by the guest or the guest's visitors. A $200.00 fee will be charged if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room to cover the costs of cleaning furnishings.
Room Damage
I authorize Island House to charge any unpaid balances or the cost of repairing any damages to the room or furnishings to the above credit card. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the behavior of any persons that I might bring to the Island House.
Unregistered guests
I agree to abide by all house rules.
All guests must be registered. I am aware of a charge of $25.00 per day, per person for additional persons, if more than 2 persons are in a room. I will notify the front desk, in advance, of the pending arrival of any additional persons. In the event that unregistered guests are discovered in the room, your party will be evicted from the Hotel and no refunds will be made.
Pet Policy
Pets or visiting pets are not permitted on the premises at any time.

The hotel does not offer parking on the premises, but there is City parking available nearby.
