CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-in Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guest must present photo identification and proof of age upon arrival to the hotel. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation.
A valid EMV credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in. The hotel's credit card authorization process seeks approval for $100.00 per room for incidentals in addition to the room and tax charges for the entire stay.
Cash is not accepted as a method of payment.
Check-in Time: Our check-in time is 3pm, however should you need to arrive earlier, if an early arrival is available on your day of arrival, a fee might apply.
Check-out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Should you need a late check-out, if a late check-out is available on your day of departure, a fee might apply. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. We do not accept personal checks or pre-paid credit cards as payment.
The reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A one-night (room & tax) deposit is due upon booking. If cancelled or modified within 72 hours of arrival the one-night (room & tax) penalty will apply.
Rates are based on a maximum of double occupancy per room. There is an additional charge for extra persons at the rate of $25.00 per person per night.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICIES
The hotel requires the pre-payment of the first night’s room and tax upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation. Payment is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled within our cancellation period.

We're happy to inform you that we do not charge any resort fees or additional hidden fees.
We want our guests to stay connected. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the hotel and access to in-room Wi-Fi.
Pets or visiting pets are not permitted on the premises at any time.
The hotel does not offer parking on premises, but there is City parking available nearby.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms, halls, or interior areas. Smoking is permitted only on the patio. Guests are fully responsible for any damage from cigarette burns to bedspreads, linens, carpets, and any other damage to the room by the guest or the guest's visitors. A $200.00 fee will be charged if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room to cover the costs of cleaning furnishings.
We do not have a hotel shuttle that provides transportation to/from the Airport.
We will be happy to receive your packages. Our Front Desk will hold them for you until your arrival. Please make sure that they are addressed as follows:
